Delivery

What countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to Canada, US, and most countries in Europe to name a few! If you are unsure if we ship to your country, please contact Customer Service.

What shipping provider do you use?

All of our orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Will I have to pay import charges?

If you are outside of Canada then yes, you may need to pay import charges. Please make sure that you are aware of your country's import tax and or duty charges before you order from us. We can't guarantee that we'll be able to refund your order if you refuse to pay the import charges.

Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box).

How long will my order take to arrive?

You can expect your package to leave our shop within 3 business days of your order being placed. Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected and starts counting once your order is shipped and you receive a confirmation email:

Standard shipping:

In 1-5 business days

Express shipping:

In 1-2 business days

Shipments outside of Canada may be subject to customs, which may increase the number of business days it takes for your order to arrive. Please note that Chronickinkstore.com is not responsible for any customs or duties charges due at the time of delivery.

Can I rush my order?

We might be able to rush orders for a fee. If you need it delivered on a set date, please please contact our Customer Service.

What is the delivery process?

We will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched when your order leaves the warehouse. You will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to the courier's web page.

My order still hasn’t arrived, I think it is lost?

If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the post please contact us and we will start an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot resend your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation, we will keep you informed and will be in touch once the investigation has finished.

What happens to deliveries around Bank Holidays?

Bank Holidays are non-working days in Canada so please allow for one extra day.
